Request account deletion

Request deletion of your BudgetKit account and associated data from Kaiser Works.

Send your request

You do not need to sign in or reinstall BudgetKit. Email contact@kaiserworks.app with the subject “BudgetKit account deletion request”.

Include your BudgetKit sign-in email, including an Apple relay address if applicable, and your Kaiser Works account ID if you know it. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, purchase tokens, or budget files.

Email deletion request

This opens a draft in your email app. Review and send it to submit your request. If no email app opens, send the message to the address above using your usual email service. Opening this page or a draft does not submit a request or delete an account.

Account and associated data

Your request covers your BudgetKit/Kaiser Works account, BudgetKit-held Firebase sign-in records, linked identities and sessions, household membership, and associated data held by BudgetKit Cloud, including budget records and backups. Requests are handled manually. Kaiser Works will verify account ownership and reply with the scope of deletion and any records retained for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. No fixed completion or automatic purge period is currently published.

Shared household records require review because they can also belong to other members. Deleting an account cannot erase copies already downloaded by household members. It also does not remove local budgets, device backups, or exported files you keep. Clear the app data or uninstall to remove your device copy, subject to device backup settings.

Purchases and billing

This process deletes BudgetKit access, not your Apple or Google account or their purchase history. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring Lifetime subscription to cancel. If you have a store subscription, manage it through Apple or Google subscription settings; account deletion does not cancel store billing. Contact Kaiser Works if you need help identifying an associated purchase.

Request from BudgetKit

In BudgetKit versions with the request path, open Settings → Kaiser Works account → Request account deletion. It uses the same email process and remains available when signed out. The draft can include your sign-in email and Kaiser Works account ID for you to review.
